Michael Scott – Michael Scott Landscaping
After prospecting John at North45 on-line, we had a few solid conversations and decided to meet. We were like-minded in terms of future direction so we hired John to review and make a proposal for our Michael Scott Landscaping business. We focus on higher end Retail landscaping but also Commercial work as well. This was an an interesting process. John was obviously persistent, but more importantly, patient, guiding our progress with an eye and ear for creativity and detail. During the first year, John quarterbacked a revision to our logo, our billboards, and importantly, several impactful changes to our website. This ensured that once our external media was employed, the website would be more ‘inbound ready’ for customer inquiries and acquisition. Our database was organized towards a new blog/newsletter that kept us all on our toes in terms of new content for the site and a way to communicate with current clientele and prospects. In year two, we launched a Radio campaign on The Dock 104 FM. Certainly, this is John’s wheelhouse, and he did what he promised, which was to write and produce several ads that kept our campaign fresh, engaging and effective. Between an excellent schedule and a key spring Radio promotion, our campaign was heard and we got lots of positive feedback. Marketing is difficult at the best of times, but we think John’s attention to detail, creativity and service program, stands out. We look forward to more success with North45 Communications.
